Jack Gaddy is a leasing agent, is highly detailed, but also assists in marketing and property management as well. Jack is from Little Rock and a Little Rock Catholic High graduated. He attended the University of Arkansas at Little Rock (UALR), where he earned a business degree in Finance, specializing in Real Estate. At UALR, he took many real estate courses with Professor Elizabeth Small who ignited his interest in commercial real estate. Jack grew up playing ice hockey and has played competitively for 21 years! Prior to working at Flake & Company, he worked at the Arkansas Skatium as a youth and adult Hockey Instructor, Supply Specialist, Vending Attendant, and in Customer Service for six years.
